The Phoenix Center in Ann Arbor, MI is hosting the 2nd Annual
Dance 4 HOPE Dance-a-thon for Encouraging Words Inc.
Saturday March 29th, 2-6pm
Join in the fun with 4 hours of some of the greatest swingin, hoppin, and jiving dance music with a variety of genres and dance styles!
All proceeds go to Encouraging Words to help children in severe poverty around the world receive education and care.

A Special Evening for Moms and Daughters that will both inspire and challenge you to help the young women in your life know the transformative love of Jesus, and to live freely and confidently as God’s love in the world today.
Debbie Herbeck has worked extensively in youth and women’s ministry for the past thirty years, doing evangelism on university campuses, speaking at conferences and retreats, leading mission trips, and mentoring high school and college age women. For the past 27 years, Debbie has directed Pine Hills Girls’ Camp, helping junior high aged girls encounter the personal love of Christ and live for Him.
The Evening will feature:
* A presentation for moms by Debbie Herbeck
• A presentation for daughters (junior high to college age) led by young adult staff from Pine Hills Girls’ Camp
• Inspiring youth testimonies
• Praise and worship, intercession

The Madonna University Respect Life group has purchased the license to screen the 40 Film on campus to students, faculty and the community. They will be hosting a screening of The 40 Film. If you are unfamiliar with the film and want to see the trailer and learn more about the 40 film, check out: http://www.the40film.com/.
The screening will take place at Madonna University on the following days:
Saturday, March 29th at 7pm
Sunday, March 30th at 4pm
Both screenings will be in room S100 in the Franciscan Center.

Dr. Monica Miller will also be joining us at both screenings. Dr. Miller is the Director of Citizens for a Pro-life Society, a professor at Madonna University, and the author of the book Abandoned: The Untold Story of the Abortion Wars. Dr. Miller will be selling her book at both of the showings.
There will be a bake sale before and after The 40 Film hosted by the members of the Respect Life group. We will be selling the baked goods in the Franciscan Center Gathering Space for those who are interested. This will also allow people a time for fellowship prior.
There will also be babysitting for families with children to allow parents to view The 40 Film. The Respect Life leaders will be part of this effort to assure the safety of all children. They will be providing games and other activities for the children.

Lenten Mission given by Fr.Zachary. Fr.Zachary is a Priest of the Society of Our Lady of the Most Holy Trinity (SOLT). Fr.Zachary with the Holy Spirit as Retreat Master will guide us to a deeper relationship with God this Lent. Mission date Monday 3/31/2014 through Wednesday 4/2/2014

The main objective of The Parable Project is to help our audience engage their imaginations with Scripture using theatre. We use humor and an interactive style to help our audience make a personal connection with the Scriptures and to inspire them to think more fully and creatively about the stories Jesus told.
