Heart to Heart Apostolate – Fr. John Linden – Mary – the Perfect Complement to the Divine Savior

Fr. John Linden

Mary – the Perfect Complement to the Divine

From the Cross of Christ we have received two very important gifts. Jesus offered us all that was most dear to him in this life. He gave us the gift of himself with no reservations and he also gave to us another very dear gift from that Cross, his Mother. The Blessed Virgin Mary brought us life through her “yes” to God’s plan and continues to bring life by teaching the rest of us how to say “yes.” Many have been affected by her gentle yet firm love including all of the saints. This Woman has repeatedly come to offer her loving guidance to a world in deep need of a renewed relationship with her Divine Son. How has this Heavenly Mother affected your life and how can you respond even more to her Son through her help? Come listen to Fr. John Linden offer some insight into his own walk with this Beautiful Mother of grace and hear the impact she continues to have in his life and ministry as a priest and Shepherd of seminarians.

Ordained in 2007, Fr. John has a Masters in Divinity from Sacred Heart Major Seminary. He enjoyed three years as a parochial vicar at St. Francis of Assisi Parish in Ann Arbor before becoming the Chair of the Vocation Department for the Diocese of Lansing as well as the Director of Seminarians. Fr. John travels throughout the diocese giving presentations on topics including vocations and vocational discernment as well as Theology of the Body and its connection to both marriage and consecrated life.
