First Saturday Mass and Devotions

12 noon Mass (11:30 am Rosary and 11:00 am Confessions)The World Apostolate of Fatima (Saginaw Division) is sponsoring a First Saturday Mass on April 6th at 12 noon at Holy Family Church at 1525 S. Washington in Saginaw.

Confessions begin at 11:00 am and Rosary will begin at 11:30 am.

Vigilant Guardians in Today’s Relentless Culture

St. Joseph’s self-sacrificial love and devotion to the Blessed Virgin Mary and the Son of God Jesus Christ earned him the name of “Joseph the Vigilant Guardian of the Divine House”. It is in this spirit that Bravehearts and St. Joseph Catholic Church presents a morning workshop that will provide proven guidance focusing on building your abilities to become an effective leader of the faith modeled after the perfect Leader Jesus Christ. Please join us on December 7th at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Lake Orion as Deacon John Manera guides you through this faith-filled morning event so that you too may become “Vigilant Guardians in Today’s Relentless Culture”.

Mass will be offered at 7:00 am before the even begins.

Living Nativity

Bay Shore Camp and Family Ministries will be offering a Live Nativity for the very first time this December. The event will begin on the night of December 7th at 5pm, and will conclude at 8pm.

Come join us in experiencing firsthand the birth of Jesus Christ in your own backyard. During this event, attendees will be able to drive through the grounds of Bay Shore Camp. While on the grounds you will experience the different historical events of the Birth of Christ like the Roman Census, The Wise Men, Angels Singing, and of course The Manger of Jesus Christ.

Immediately following your experience through the Birth of Christ, attendees will be invited to the Bay Shore Camp Family Center to join us for coffee, snacks, and fellowship.

Bay Shore Camp & Family Ministries exists to create opportunities for people of all ages to encounter the person of Jesus Christ and to put their trust in Him, resulting in spiritual wholeness and growth and strengthened relationships in their families, churches, peer groups and communities.

Heaven and Nature Sing

Seaway Chorale will be presenting its annual Holiday Concert on Dec. 6 & 7. Both concerts will be held in the Flat Rock Auditorium, and start time is 7:30PM each night. Some songs that will be performed include two original compositions by Seaway Chorale’s director, Dr. Gerald Custer (Grammy-nominated, award-winning composer and arranger), entitled Heaven and Nature Sing and An English Suite. Other pieces include Sweet Little Jesus Boy, Christmas on Broadway, The Chipmunk Song, Santa Baby, and Cool Yule. This concert will feature smaller groups and soloists, as well as the entire Chorale.
